Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or registering for the ImportToD365 waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

ImportToD365 is a SaaS tool for importing data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse). The service includes pre-flight file validation, error correction in the Fix Center, duplicate detection against live CRM data, and import of new records with a downloadable report. The service only creates new records approved by the user: it does not modify or delete existing CRM records.

3. Current status: Pre-launch

ImportToD365 is currently in pre-launch phase. By joining the waitlist:

— You agree to receive communications about the product launch.

— You understand the product may change before launch.

— You are not entitled to any guaranteed service level until the service is publicly available.

4. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:

— Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.

— Attempting unauthorized access to third-party systems through the service.

— Reselling or redistributing the service without written authorization from Hexabyrd.

— Reverse engineering the software.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, code, and the ImportToD365 brand — is the property of Hexabyrd. We grant no license over our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the service in accordance with these terms.

6. Your data

Files you upload for import belong to you. We make no claim of ownership over them. We process them solely to validate and execute the import and generate your downloadable report. Records for each import are automatically purged from our servers within a few days.

7. Limitation of liability

ImportToD365 is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

— We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

— We are not liable for data loss or corruption in your Dynamics 365 environment resulting from use of the service.

— Our maximum cumulative liability to you is the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 15 days prior notice by email to registered users. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
